KRISTINE DITTMER has been photographing people as both a Fine Artist and as a Photojournalist for over twenty years. From celebrities to cherished family members, Kristine brings a warmth and deep respect to the lovely people she photographs. After receiving many requests to photograph weddings, Kristine has dedicated her sensitive and creative eye to photographing wedding day celebrations with great heart and charm. A national award-winning photographer, Kristine contributes to an impressive list of publications including The New York Times, The London Times, USA Today, ESPN Magazine and The Washington Post. She is a recipient of the prestigious Robert F. Kennedy Award for Public Service. Kristine’s first book, Celebrating a Triangle Millennium, was published in 2000.
MEL NATHANSON is an award-winning Photojournalist who has been nominated for the Pulitzer Prize award, not once, but twice. Mel’s work has been featured in dozens of highly-regarded national publications from the New York Times to National Geographic Magazine and now serves as Co-Principal Photographer and Director of Technology for Kristine Dittmer Photographers. Mel is exceptionally progressive with all things that whir and click (camera equipment, computer hardware/ software, imaging servers, photographic printers, color calibration, etc…) and keeps Kristine Dittmer Photographers pushing the cutting edge of technology and innovation.
